The Day Before We Get Started

I want to invite you to join me in a 28 day Advent journey. As we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus, these daily readings will help us slow down, look to Scripture, and remember why this season matters. Advent gives us space to turn our hearts toward the Lord and to reflect on the gift of Emmanuel, God with us.

Each week of this devotional focuses on one of the four key themes of Advent.

Week 1: Hope
We begin by remembering the promises of God and the hope that is fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

Week 2: Peace
We consider the peace Jesus brings to our hearts and the peace He offers to the world through His saving work.

Week 3: Joy
We look at the joy that surrounds the birth of Christ and the joy that fills the life of every believer.

Week 4: Love
We reflect on the love of God shown in the gift of His Son and how that love continues to change us today.

Beginning tomorrow morning at 6:00, a new devotion will be posted each day on:
